You Deserve More Than Just Coping

Supporting High-Functioning and Cross-Cultural Individuals and Families with Depth and Stability

Some people are not “falling apart” — they are carrying a great deal alone.

They may appear steady in their careers, academics, or family roles, while privately navigating trauma history, relational strain, identity conflict, cultural transition, or questions of meaning and faith.

I work with high-functioning professionals navigating emotional fatigue beneath external success, international and cross-cultural individuals facing identity shifts and migration stress, and individuals and families who value faith, tradition, or deeply held beliefs while engaging real-world relational and life challenges.

Therapy is not only about symptom relief. It is about long-term emotional regulation, relational depth, identity integration, and sustainable personal growth.

Clinical Depth and Cultural Understanding

My work integrates trauma-informed and attachment-based frameworks with evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and systemic approaches.

For clients who value faith or spirituality, these themes may be thoughtfully integrated when requested and clinically appropriate. Faith is never assumed or imposed.

For cross-cultural clients, I understand that identity transition is not merely an “adjustment issue,” but a deeper psychological reorganization.

For high-functioning professionals, I help you move beyond performance toward emotional resilience and relational depth.

My Therapy Services

Individual & Trauma Therapy

For adults and children (ages 7+) experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, identity stress, or life transitions

Using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting-informed therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and CBT, I help clients process difficult experiences, regulate the nervous system, and build lasting emotional resilience.

Couples Therapy

For premarital, married, intercultural, and interracial couples seeking improved communication and emotional connection

Drawing from Gottman Method–informed, Emotionally Focused Therapy–informed, Cognitive Behavioral Couples Therapy, and family systems approaches, I help couples identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional bonds, and improve conflict resolution. When trauma impacts the relationship, trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR or Brainspotting-informed techniques may be integrated to support relational healing.

Family Therapy

For families navigating parenting challenges, intergenerational conflict, and cross-cultural stress

Grounded in family systems theory, attachment-informed, and trauma-responsive approaches, I help families strengthen communication, improve parent–child relationships, and foster healthier dynamics across generations. When trauma or prolonged stress is present, EMDR and Brainspotting-informed techniques may be incorporated alongside systemic work to support stabilization and relational repair.
